Fourfields Community Primary

In our school,
we value...

Because of the outstanding teaching and learning they have received our children will leave us to be successful members of the community in whatever they choose to do.

Our school will provide a fun-loving and caring atmosphere where children are happy to come to school each day.

We will strive to provide a curriculum that is irresistible to children and inspirational, developing in them a lifelong love of learning. We will constantly seek out innovation to equip our children for 21st century life.

Our school will be a caring community where everyone feels safe, secure and included. We will develop and nurture children’s skills and talents in all the many facets of life.

Our curriculum will excite and engage our children to want to learn more and take their learning beyond the school day. We will provide exciting opportunities for children to experience.

My Voice

At Fourfields, we now have an anonymous reporting tool to allow parents or any members of the community to let us know if they are worried about a child. If you have concerns that a child you know, in our Fourfields Family, is at risk you can bring this to our attention by scanning the QR code here and completing the form. You can also use this form if you are concerned about an adult who may be a safeguarding risk to our school community.

Gardening Team News!

We are very pleased to finally be able to announce that Fourfields Gardening Team were chosen as a finalist in The RHS Gardening Awards 2023!

The school will receive £200 of gardening vouchers. The Judges said: “We were impressed by the scale of engagement in the gardening club. It really feels like the club is at the heart of the school. It was lovely to hear from different members of the Fourfields community, particularly the impact of gardening club from a parent’s perspective. Your links with the local community are fantastic and Mrs Warrener should also be commended for her dedication to the club over such a long period of time. Her commitment and enthusiasm really shine through – your children are very lucky!”

At Fourfields we believe we put the mental health and wellbeing of our children and staff at the heart of our school. The Raising Attainment through Wellbeing (RAW) programme has challenged us to identify areas of priority, offer powerful targeted support to impact on positive behaviour management and raise awareness of wellbeing across the whole school community.

We have appointed a full time member of the SLT to lead our Wellbeing and Mental Health initiatives and we are already seeing an impact on behaviour and achievement for our most vulnerable children.
