Although we will try very hard to make sure our school is how you would like it to be, there will be occasions where we may have a difference of opinion or you may simply be unhappy with the way we have carried out something. Please always make a point of talking this through with someone at school to give us an opportunity to put it right without delay if we can.

If your complaint is about the SEND support provided for your child, please contact Mrs Cunningham (via the school office email firstname.lastname@example.org), the school's Special Needs Coordinator in the first instance and she will try and resolve the situation after which the school's general complaints procedure will be instigated.
