Performance Data

Although standardized testing is only one small measure of how well our school is doing, Fourfields is a consistent top performer, both locally and nationally.  

By the end of Key Stage 2 in 2024:

In mathematics, 85% of children achieved the expected standard (EXS).  This is well above both local and national averages. 37% achieved greater depth, also well above the national average. There are no progress measures in 2024.

In reading, 70% of children achieved the expected standard. 33% of our children achieved greater depth, again above the national average. There are no progress measures in 2024.

In writing, 78% of children achieved the expected standard.  This is above national again, showing the great results pupils achieve at Fourfields.  25% of our children achieved greater depth in writing.  There are no progress measures in 2024.

In spelling, punctuation and grammar, 73% of pupils at Fourfields achieved the expected standard.  This is above the national average. 38% of pupils achieved greater depth.

By the end of Key Stage 2, 65% of pupils have achieved the expected standard (EXS) in all of reading, writing and mathematics combined.  This is above the national average of 60%.  20% of pupils have achieved the high standard across all three subjects, which is also well above the national average.  

In the Early Years, 64% of children achieved a Good Level of Development.

In Year 1, 85% of children passed the phonics screening check, above national.

Safeguarding

We consider the safeguarding of our pupils as paramount. We have a culture of safety and care for all our pupils and this is reflected in our Safeguarding Policy and other linked policies such as Intimate Care, Educational Visits, Site Security, Health and Safety, Code of Conduct of Staff, Acceptable Use of ICT etc. and these are all available on our Policy Page. Our Safeguarding Governor is Harriet Bowen.

SEND Local Offer and Name of Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator

Mrs Laura Lovell is our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) and can be contacted via the school office. If you have a complaint relating to the SEND support provided by our school for your child, please speak with Mrs Lovell in the first instance and if this proves unsatisfactory, Mrs Blyth. Our complaints procedure will then be instigated.
